Acer CloudMobile S500 specsFirts appears at MWC in February and also showed at IFA in Berlin, the latest Acer Android smartphone, the CloudMobile S500 has listed for pre-order in several retailers in Europe with starting price around at £290. Acer CloudMobile S500 is very nice smartphone with impressive specifications and design. Features 1.5GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon chips that gives fast performance and solid stylish design with just 9.9 mm thick make the device easily to slip in your pocket and comfortable in your hand.

The unique features of the upcoming smartphone is AcerCloud app. It’s the first Android smartphone that comes with that connection service and allows users to synch up multimedia and data to Acer laptop, tablet or other compatible device. Otherwise, Acer CloudMobile S500 also support Google Mobile Service, such as GMail,Google Plus, Streaming video on YouTube, GMaps, GTalk and more. You can also costumized the phone with over 600.000 widget, games, videos, books and more on Android Play market.

Like Verizon RAZR M, this model also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8260A dual core processor with clock speed of 1.5GHZ, paired with 1GB of RAM and preloaded with Android 4.0 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) as the opertaing system. No word of upgraded at this moment, but we expected the phone also get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in the future. For storage, you’ll find 8GB of internal storage, as well as microSD crad slot for expanding storage capacity with extra 32GB.

It boasts 4.3 inch High Definition capacitive multi-touch display IPS display which offers enhances colors and wider viewing angles. It capable to playing 720p video content, playing latest Flash games and delivers maximum resolutions at 1280 x 720 pixel. On the front, the Acer S500 has a VGA front facing camera for face-to-face video communications and coming back to the 8 MegaPixel rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash and Geo tagging for capture the best moment and also support 1080p video recording.

Speaking of size, it has same dimensions like Grand X IN smartphone with measures 127 x 65.8 x 9.9 mm. Moreover, the 4.3 inch Android smartphone also equipped with 3.5mm headphone jack, speakerphone with Dolby High Definition Audio, Micro USB 2.0 port, MicroSD card slot, GPA with aGPS support, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 to connect with other device and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. Reportedly, it works on EDGE/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900MHz and DC-HSDPA 42mbps 900/1900/2100MHz. Acer CloudMobile S500 smartphone is interesting device. With  attractive, stylish and ultra-thin appearance, this models is worth for you money. But if you need better smartphone that gives ultimate performance and multimedia experience, you must take a look at Galaxy Note 2 Phablet, but you have to spend more money to get this fabulous smartphone.
