Review: Alcatel OT-908 Touchscreen Smartphone

Alcatel just announced a new touchscreen Android smartphone, that called Alcatel OT-908. Alcatel OneTouch-908 is preloaded with 20 apps to help first-time smart-phone users get straight into the fun without access the Android Market and also work as webcams with your computer for video calling.

The OneTouch-908 smartphone is runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system and powered with a 600 MHz processor, 150 MB internal memory and Up to 32GB external memory. Alcatel OT-908 is boasts 2.8 inches, TFT Resistive Touchscreen with resolution of 240 x 320 pixel resolutions, 2.0 mega pixels camera with digital zoom, Geo-Tagging, Video Recording capabilities, and 1600 x 1200 pixels of camera resolution, and Li-ion 1300 mAH battery that offers up to 550 hours of standby and up to 6 hours of talk time.

The OT-908 Android smartphone also equipped with Stereo FM radio with RDS, Digital compass, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, GPS with A-GPS support, 3G, Micro USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack, Edge Class 12, GPRS class 12, Video formats: MP4, H.264, Music formats: MP3, AAC+, WAV, WMA, HTML browser, Push Email, Instant Messaging and works on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 / HSDPA 900 / 2100 Mhz.

Alcatel OT-908 also support Social networking services such as Facebook, YouTube, Google Talk, Google Search, Maps, Gmail, Picasa integration and measures in 110×57.4×12.4 mm. The Alcatel OneTouch-908 will be available in mystery pink, bluish black, and spicy red color and expected will be release in the spring without information about price at this time.
