and T-Mobile has announced the avaibility of the new Alcatel One Touch Simplicity series, called Alcatel One Touch 355 aka Alcatel OT-355. The One Touch 355 is low-end affordable featurephone that was rolled by Orange in the UK seven month ago and now you can purchase the OT-355 in T-Mobile UK carrier with starting price at £19.99.

It’s not smartphone, but the Alcatel One Touch 355 built in the famous social network site, Facebook and Twitter and offer full physical QWERTY keyboard for tapping away at texts, sending SMS MMS even e-mails and update your status or tweets. As the low end phone, the Alcatel OT-355 didn’t support for fast connectivity (like WiFi or 3G network), the device only bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, Micro USB v2.0, and GPRS for connectivity, so you can’t stream video online and only can send and receive multimedia messages with MMS 1,2 to your friend.

Other specifications of the Alcatel One Touch 355 includes a 1.8 inch TFT display screnn with resolutions of 160 x 128 pixels, 2 MB of internal memory with support a microSD slot for expansion memory up to 4GB, a VGA main camera for taking picture which only support up resolutions of 640×480 pixels, 3.5 mm audio jack and standart Li-Ion 650 mAh battery which offer up to 5 hours for talk time and up to 430 hours of standby time. Other features of Alcatel OT-355 phone are FM Radio with the RDS function and support AMR, MIDI, MP3 for audio file and H263, MP4 for video file. Dimensions of new T-Mobile low end phone are 4.1 x 2.3x 0.5 inchies with weight 2.8 oz.
