AT&T, one of major four mobile carriers in the United State has recently confirmed if the latest Nokia’s flagship smartphone will be ready exclusively for AT&Ts fans . Yeah, the Lumia 920 smartphone will be available exclusively only in AT&T for six months, which mean other US carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and U.S. Cellular) only can sold the device after that or early May, 2013.
If you missed the news, Nokia the Lumia 920 is the upcoming Nokia device that powered by new dual core Qualcom Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHZ. Paired with a 1GB of DDR3 RAM and working on Windows Phone 8 as the operating system, the device is promises will gives ultimate power and performance for communications, playing games, streaming video or social network activities. For storage, it will be bundled with a 32GB of internal storage (sadly, it’s not have micro SD card slot for memory expansion).
The 4.5 inch display uses Super Sensitive IPS screen and integrated with Adreno 225 GPU for graphics accelerator. Backed by PureMotion HD+ technology, 3D Accelerometer and DirectX 11 support, the screen capable to produce maximum resolution at 1280×720 pixel. As the latest Lumia series, Nokia Lumia 920 also support AT&T 4G LTE network (700 MHz Class 17 / 1700 / 2100), as well as Bluetooth 3.0, GPS with A-GPS support, GLONASS, Near Field Communication, DLNA and WLAN IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n. If you are not in the coverage area, this phone works on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100.
On the back of polycarbonate unibody casing, there is a 8.0 MP Carl Zeiss rear camera that backed by PureView technology and dual Led Flash for 1080p hD video recording and on the front there is a 1.3 MP rear camera. Measures 130.3 x 70.8 x 10.7 mm with weighs at 185g make the 4.5 inch Super Sensitive IPS smartphone is thicker and heavier than the 4.5 inch Optimus L9 which has dimension in 131.9 x 68.2 x 8.8 mm with weighs only at 125 gram.
