HTC Desire C Entry Level SmartphoneFinally, the entry level HTC Android smartphone, the HTC Desire C release in Canada via SaskTel and Virgin Mobile. Comes with unibody design with volume rocker on the left side and has dimensions in 107.2 x 60.6 x 12.3 mm with weighs only at the 100g make the Desire C smartphone feels just right in your hand. If you need new smartphone which has decent performance for basics mobile task and great audio at affordable price, you should consider to buy this device.

Comes with low powered 600 Mhz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor that paired with 512 MB DDR2 RAM, 4 GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot and preloaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as the operating system, HTC Desire C offers good performance for web browsing, read and edit document and streaming video on the internet. The 3.5 inch Capacitive touchscreen display delivers 16M colors and offer maximum resolutions at 320 x 480 pixels. It’s also support accelerometer, proximity, G-Sensor and HTC Sense 4 offer friendly and much more pleasurable user interface.

Unfortunatelly, this models lacks front facing camera for video chats communications and only offer 5 megapixel rear camera on the back with Geo-tagging support for capture photos and video recording. The stereo speakers that located on the back beside the camera lens with Beats Audio support delivers crisper, clearer and loud audio reproduction when you playing musics than other device on it’s class.

The rest of specifications are standard 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS with A-GPS support, microUSB v2.0 slot, bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n for a reliable connection to a wireless network with Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities. However, HTC Desire C is entry-level Android phone, but with price tag around at $150 no-contract or about £99, this device probably is the best Android smartphone on this level.
