LG Encore from AT&T Review, Specs and Price

LG and AT&T have partnered to launched a new touchscreen phone that combines productivity and entertainment on the go, called the LG Encore. Encore phone has the price of a mid-entry handset, but includes high-end features.

The LG Encore mobile phone comes with a 3-inches TFT touchscreen with a resolution of 240×400 pixels, 32 MB Internal Memory, Expandable Memory Storage up to 16GB, a 3 megapixel camera, 3.5mm headset jack, a 950 mAH lithium ion battery is enabling up to 3 hours of talk time or up to 10 days of standby time, and is also pre-loaded with AT&T’s SocialNet software for social networking. Overall dimensions are 4.17 x 2.10 x 0.47 (inch) with a weight of 3.70 ounces.

The new LG Encore phone supports quad-band GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, 3.6Mbps HSDPA 3G, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR with support for A2DP, and GPS navigation facility along with GSM, GPRS, and EDGE. Encore touchscreen phone includes an attractive media player that features streaming radio stations and certified Dolby Mobile playback. The LG Encore targets social networking service fans that are looking for an affordable touch phone and low price. The Encore is now available in AT&T with the price $49.99 with a 2-year service agreement and a $50.00 online discount.
