LG Optimus 3D Max Smartphone Release in AT&T-Review,Specifications and Features

LG has officially announced LG Optimus 3D Max at Mobile World Congress, 2012 in Barcelona and now the 3D smartphone has received the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification. The Optimus 3D Max is the next generations of Optimus 3D that has released last year and features glasses-free lenticular 3D display technology provides a complete 3D entertainment experience.

Comes with metallic and rounded edges for the cassing with sleek and light design plus measures only 9.6 mm thin and weighing only at 148 grams, it’s easily to slip to your pocket or jacket and enjoy great 3D multimedia experience on the go. LG Optimus 3D Max is sports a 4.3 inch 3D LCD capacitive touchscreen display with support maximum resolutions display at 480 x 800 pixels (~217 ppi pixel density) offers good brightness and color for photos and videos. Like other 3D smartphone, LG 3D Max 4.3 inch Android smartphone also offers impressive hardware configuratons. Powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 mobile processor as the heart of the handset with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage and running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread as the operating system provides enouh power to internet browsing, playing games or streaming video. Like the original models, this models also offer LG 3D User Interface, unique 3D-style cubicle icons and a 3D app converter, so you can convert Google Maps, Google Earth and other GPS features into 3D and HD quality on a TV connected through MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link).

On the front, there is VGA camera for video chats and on the back, you’ll find dual 5 mega pixels auto focus camera with support LED flash, Stereoscopic photos & videos, video stabilization, geo-tagging and out-focusing shot to enhance camera quality. You also can use the rear camera for video record with support 1080p@30fps (2D) and 720p@30fps (3D). In term of size, the Optimus 3D Max is heavier and thicker than LG Optimus L7 with measuring 126.8 x 67.4 x 9.6 mm and has weighs at 148 grams.

Moving to connectivity and port, the handset equipped with microUSB (MHL) v2.0 port, 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card slot for expandable storage capacity up to 32 GB, bluetooth with A2DP + EDR, DLNA support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities and works on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 with support 3G Network HSDPA 900 / 1900 / 2100 which offers HSDPA, 21 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps.

Other features are Accelerometer, proximity, gyro, compass, Adobe Flash, Document viewer/editor and support Google Mobile Service, including GMail, YouTube, Picassa, GMaps, Google Plus and download video, music, TV conten or videos on Google Play. According the press release, the Optimus 3D Max will be an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the future. However, no word on pricing but LG Optimus 3D Max will be releases soon in US market and support AT&T networks.
