LG, a consumer electronics, mobile communications and home appliances company has announced a new smartphone in Optimus series, called LG Optimus Hub. The Optimus Hub is the mid-low end Android smartphone and comes with affordable price at €199 (around $270) unlocked with the estimated release in next month.
LG Optimus Hub also known as LG Univa E510 is the successor to the Optimus One and comes with better processor, camera and screen display. Under the hood, the Optimus Hub smartphone will be equipped with a 800 MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227T processor paired with Adreno 200 GPU, 512MB of RAM, ,150 MB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus for video chats, 3.5mm stereo headset jack and sporting 3.5 inch HVGA capacitive touch screen Gorilla Glass display with support a 550nit bright and resolutions of 320 X 480 pixels.
Like the other Optimus series, the Optimus Hub Android smartphone also comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA supported, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, micro USB 2.0, Digital Compass, GPS, FM Radio, Li-Ion Standard battery and runs on Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) for operating system. other features of the LG Optimus Hub smartphone includes integrated with social network site to keep you update such as Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter, Goggle Mobile Service (Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail, G-Talk) and full access more than 250.000 apps in Android market.
