LG Star with dual-core processor review, specs, release date

There is information if LG is developing a high-end smartphone with dual-core processor namely LG Star. LG Star is a candybar form factor, run on Android (possibly Android 2.3 Gingerbread) and powered by a 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 dual-core processor. It’s the first dual-core Android smartphone in the world.

LG Star Android Smartphone will be equipped with 4 inch display, an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and 1080p (full HD) video recording, and front-facing camera,  microSD card slot, microUSB connectivity, and a 1500 mAh battery.

LG is not yet announced about release date, price or other specifications about LG Star, all we do know is if it does arrive we should see it sometime in 2011 and would be a candidate for an introduction at Mobile World Congress in February.
