Samsung Wave 3 Smartphone with Bada 2.0 OS Review, Specification and Features

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, the Korean giant’s smartphones company just officially announced their next bada flagship in the Wave series, called Samsung Wave 3. The Wave 3 aka Samsung S9500 smartphone running on the latest Samsung Operation system, Bada 2.0 Operating system combined with Touchwiz UX and will be appear first in France and than Germany, Italy, Russia and other global markets around end 2011.

The latest Bada smartphone comes with stylish and sleek design with full metal casing with solid unibody design and measures 125.9 × 64.2 × 9.9 mm with weight at 127g make the handset is easy to slit into your jacket or pocket. The Wave 3 sporting 4 inch WVGA Super AMOLED touch screen that can produce 16 milion colors and resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The big screen also support Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Scratch-resistant glass and support playback on DivX codec (MPEG4/H.263/H.264/DivX).

On the inside, the device will be powered by a 1.4GHz singgle core Processor paired with 512MB RAM, 4GB of Internal storage that can expand up to 32GB via microSD card slot and a 1500mAh Lithium Ion battery which offer up to 430 hours Talk Time or up to 500 minutes standby time. It’s also packs with dual camera, 5 MegaPixel Auto Focus camera on the back handset with LED Flash for take picture or 720p HD video recording at 30 fps and a 0.3 megapixels VGA webcamera on the front device for self potraits or video calling.

Samsung Wave 3 Bada smartphone also equipped with a full set of connectivity options, includes 3.5mm Ear Jack, Bluetooth v3.0 for transfer data, micro USB 2.0 port, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and WiFi Direct to connect with without the need for wireless access points (hot spots). The new Wave 4 inch smartphone works on EDGE/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900 and support HSPA 900, 2100 MHz that offer download speeds 14.4mbps and upload speeds 5.76 mbps.

Like the other latest Samsung smartphone, the Wave 3 also pre loaded with Samsung Music Hub that allow users to access to over 12 million tracks, Samsung Social Hub, Samsung ChatON to connects all mobile users into a single community and built in Camcard, Skyview and The Adventures of Tintin: The Game for a limited time. Unfortunately, there is no information about price tag for this moment.
