Samsung Galaxy U Android phone review and specs

Samsung will be announced sometime this month the new Android Smartphone named Samsung Galaxy U phone. Galaxy U smartphone will be available in both black and white.

This device running the Android Operating System, but there’s no word quite yet on what version number it is. We’re hoping Android 2.2. The Samsung Galaxy U phone is powered with a 1GHz S5PC111 processor, a 3.7 inch AMOLED Plus display with the resolution of 800×480 pixel, microSD card slot with up to 32GB (a 8GB memory card bundled), GPS connectivity, and supporting J-CDMA and CDMA Rev.A networking models.

The handset comes with multimedia features too, including support for MP, 3GP, 3GPP, K3G, Divx, Avi, Mkv, flv, asf video formats and for MP3, OGG, AAC, MID, MIDI, WAV, WMA, FLAC audio files.

Galaxy U also comes with a 5 million pixel camera, supporting 720P video recording, an 1500mAh battery (can offer up to 7 hours of talk time or up to 370 hours of standby time), T-DMB Mobile TV, supporting WIFI wireless networking, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 2.1. This Samsung Galaxy U Android phone also support OZ Store, Kyobo e-book, Daum maps, Allshare, Live wallpapers, and access to Google services.
