The South Korea company Samsung has officially bring the world of their first 3D display mobile phone, The Samsung W960 AMOLED 3D. The Samsung W960 is expected to support a 3.2-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that will display 3D images without the need of any special 3D glasses. The Samsung W960 AMOLED 3D is claimed to be the world’s first mobile phone with 3D capacitive touchscreen. There is a dedicated 3D shortcut key on the phone for switching on/off the 3D mode any time you want in order to watch 3D images / videos.
Featured with a 3.2-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 240 x 400 resolutions, the Samsung W960 AMOLED 3D is also equipped with 3.2-megapixel camera with auto-focus function, 3G with HSPA, gesture controls, DMB-T TV tuner, stereo Bluetooth, microSD card expansion and Samsung’s own Touchwiz 2.0 UI.
Samsung W960 also integrated with MP3 and MP4 player for users to enjoy their favorite songs while on the go, and preloaded with Document viewer which supports Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF formats. Nothing yet on the release date or the price, and we have no idea when the Samsung W960 phone would be made available outside of South Korea.
