Samsung Electronic has just announced a new smartphone with bada operating system , called the Samsung Wave II S8530. Wave II S8530 will be the successor to the very popular Samsung Wave S8500 but it’s has bigger and a larger display (3.7 inches, WVGA) and comes with Super Clear LCD screen.
Samsung Wave II S8530 smartphone boasts an ARM Cortex A8 1 GHz processor, 3.7 inch Super Clear LCD screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, 512 MB RAM, 2GB of internal memory, a slot for microSD card, 5 MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, and runs the new Bada OS by Samsung. The device camera can handle 720p video recording at 30 FPS.
Other Specifications include Wi-Fi 802.11n, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, HSUPA, 2 Mbps, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity options, GPS support, TV output, Stereo FM radio with RDS, and Battery Li-ion 1500 mAH
The Wave II S8530 also has features T9 input method Trace, Multi-touch input method, Scratch-resistant surface, TouchWiz UI 3.0, Handwriting recognition, Smart unlock, Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, and Digital compass. Samsung Wave II S8530 Smartphone will be available in Germany in November for starting price $588 ( €429 ).
