At the Motorola event in New York, Motorola Mobility also confirm if the upcoming Android smartphone will be release in Verizon Wirelles for cost at $100 with new two year contracts. Comes with thin bezels, an ultrathin chassis, palm rugged design like other RAZR series with edge to edge 4,3 inch Corning Gorilla Glass display make the new middle class Razr series smartphone comfortable in your plam and easily slip into your pocket.
Like the first generations of RAZR series smartphone, the aluminium design also optimized with DuPont KEVLAR fiber on the back to protect from scratches and scrapes. Measuring 4.8 x 2.3 x 0.33 inch with weighs only at 4.44 oz (126 g with 2000 mAh battery), the device is thinner and lighter than Sprint Photon Q 4G LTE, which has dimensions in 4.98 x 2.60 x 0.54 inch with weighs at 6.00 oz (170 g). For storage, the 8GB of flash memory and microSD card slot for expanded storage capacity up to 32GB delivers enough memory storage for your video files, music files or photos. Running on latest generations of Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0.4 as the operating system, this smartphone also has Motorola’s custom overlay for user friendly experience. Unfortunatelly, there no informations about updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but we expected the company will be upgraded the OS.
Moreover, it also equipped with micro USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, GPS, GLONASS positioning systems, DLNA to connect with other compatible device, bluetooth 4.0 EDR and WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n for wireless internet connections. The Moto Droid RAZR M will be works in CDMA/UMTS networks with support Verizon’s 4G LTE data network (up to 16Mbps upload speeds and up to 18Mbps download speeds).
On the back, 8megapixel auto focus camera with LED Flash and digital zoom will be support up to 1080p HD video capture, while on the front there is VGA cmaera with microphone for video callings.
