Yesterday, we have reportedly if the SaskTel canada has listed the BlackBerry Curve 9320 for free on 3 years contracts and now the Vodafone UK also confirmed if the entry level smartphone also available on their network for free with Pay monthly plans from just £13 per month or for price of £135 (210 USD or 170 EUR) on pay-as-you-go.
Unlike the original versions which has black colors, the Vodafone’s BlackBerry Curve 9320 will be available in three colors, the blue and violet colors that available now and the pink-themed will be release later. It also preloaded with latest BlackBerry Messenger Applications, BlackBerry App World, BlackBerry 7.1 as the operating system and compatible with MP3/eAAC+/WMA/WAV/Flac music files formats and MP4/H.263/H.264/WMV file formats.
Like the Curve 9320 entry level smartphone from other carrier, this model also sports a 2.44-inch QVGA TFT LCD display which offers 164 ppi and only can produce low resolutions display at 320 x 240 pixels. On the back, the 3 megapixel auto focus camera with Led Flash and 4x digital zoom bring the standart quality when you capture photos and only support VGA quality for video recording at 30 frames/second. For better and faster access, this model also has shortcut keys to BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) and BBM Music plus BlackBerry’s classic QWERTY keypad for faster, more accurate and effortless.
Like the SaskTel versions, the Vodafone models also comes with 512MB of RAM, 512MB of internal storage, microSD card slot for extra 32GB memory space, GPS with A-GPS support, microUSB v2.0 to connect with your laptop or tablet , 3.5mm audio jack, built in internal speakers, Stereo FM radio with RDS, 3G support, bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n for reliable connection to a wireless network.
In term of size, BlackBerry 9320 has dimensions in 109 x 60 x 12.7 mm with weighs only at 103 grams and bundled with Li-Ion 1450 mAh battery that promises will gives around to 432 hours of standby time, up to 30 hours of music playback or up to 7 hours of talktime. Vodafone BlackBerry Curve 9320 is a great phone with a good multimedia features for entry level users, but if you need a high end smartphone with large display and good performance, you can check the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
