LG Electronics has announced their latest Optimus series three weeks ago, dubbed as LG Optimus LTE and now the device will be launch in Canada next month. The Optimus LTE will be called LG Eye in Canada and will be release in Bell. However there is no information about priced, but the Bell LG Eye has same specification and features like the Optimus LTE and expected available for purchase next month.
According to the name, LG Optimus LTE aka LG Eye smartphone will be supoort high-speed mobile data, 4G LTE connectivity and sporting a 4.5-inch HD-IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with multi-touch input method, touch-sensitive controls and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) support and HDMI port in case you want to connect the handset with bigger display or HDTV. For the heart of the device, it’s powered by a 1.5 GHZ Gigahertz Qualcomm dual-core processor paired with Adreno 220 GPU and 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB internal storage with capable to extend storage up to 32GB via microsd slot (16GB included) and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS platform.
Bell Eye smartphone also packs with a 8 megapixel rear facing camera with autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, face and smile detection and capable to shoots 1080p HD videos,a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, microUSB v2.0 port, bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n to connect internet and a 1830 mAh Li-Ion battery. Physicaly, the LG Optimus LTE measures 132.9 x 67.9 x 10.4 mm with weight 135 g and works on CDMA 800 / 1900 and CDMA2000 1xEV-DO / LTE.
Other features includes Stereo FM radio with RDS, Digital compass, Accelerometer sensor, Gyro sensor, Proximity sensor, Document viewer/editor, Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi hotspot. LG Optimus LTE also offer multimedia features, such as support MP4/H.264 player, MP3/eAAC+ player and T-DMB TV tuner, a digital radio transmission technology for sending TV transmission.
