Lenovo, at CES 2011 (Consumer Electronics Show) has unveiled a new 55 inch HDTV with Android and internet features, called Lenovo K91 Smart TV. Under the hood, the K91 Smart TV has configuration like midle end smartphone hardware, such as 1.5 GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor paired with 1 GB of RAM and pre loaded with latest Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as the operating system.
It also optimised with Lenovo’s Smart Sandwich User Interface, so you can easily access Internet features with singgle touch, video-on-demand (VoD) to show viewing video history and traditional TV programs which offer like the common Televesion features. New Lenovo Smart television packs with 55-inch HD IPS LED screen dsplay with 240 Hz refresh rate, FPR 3D to delivering flicker-free video, 8G of internal storage, stereo speakers with SRS TrusurroundHD audio/Dolby/DTS and HDMI 1.4 port that support 1080p video playback provide best HDTV for playing games from game consule, watching your favorite 3D movies or just watching your favorite Sport Channel program.
Unlike the other HDTV, the K91 HDTV also offer full range of connectivity options. You can find USB 2.0 port to connect with keyboards, remote control that support voice command, 10M/100M Ethernet gives you wire internet connections and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi that allow you to browsing, video streaming or read online news in Internet. Other features on the machines are built-in 5MP webcam to make video chatting with your family or friends plus support facial recognition for security features, Lenovo Cloud to stream it with other Lenovo compatible gadgets and download usefull apps or games in Lenovo Apps Store and Android Market Place.
However, Lenovo will be release the K91 first in China market and other territories in due course, but no word on pricing at this time. With all of features, the company promises if Lenovo K91 Smart TV will delivering best experience in your living room.
