LG Flatron E91 and LG Flatron D237IPS Monitor with FPR 3D Technology Review, Specifications and Features

LG Electronics has officialy announced their two new highend monitors in Flatron series, dubbed as LG Flatron E91 and the LG Flatron D237IPS. The Flatron E91 and the Flatron D237IPS monitor comes with elegant design and unique technology for the center of entertainment.

Both of new Flatron monitors is a 23 inch slim and stylish monitors which offer exceptional images and videos. The LG E91 monitor comes with an acrylic finish and measure in 7.2mm depth and extra thin bezel of just 4.35mm. It’s also support a full HD 1080p resolution, SUPER+ Resolution technology to highest picture quality for any digital conten and dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000,000:1 provide an exceptionally crisp and vivid picture. Other features of LG Flatron E91 includes a 2ms GTG (5ms typical) response time, a brightness of 250 cd/m2 and support 170/160 viewing angles.

The second models, LG D237IPS monitor uses an IPS panel with a Film Pattern Retarder (FPR) 3D technology, a 2D to 3D conversion function, 170/160 viewing angles and support 130/12 viewing angles to ensures a smooth 3D experience, comfortable 3D viewing and higher-grade image quality. LG Flatron D237IPS also boasts a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, D-Sub and DVI inputs, auto brightness, a maximum brightness of 250 cd/m2 in 2D mode (100 cd/m2 in 3D mode), ultra-light 3D glasses and “Flicker-Free” certification to ensuring less dizziness and headaches.

“These monitors aren’t just for work and internet browsing, they were designed to be the center of entertainment for any bedroom, study or dormitory,” said Havis Kwon, President and CEO of LG Electronics Home Entertainment Company. Unfortunately, there is no informations about priced for this time, but both of LG Flatron E91 and the LG Flatron D237IPS monitor will be show at IFA 2011 (September 2-7, Berlin, Germany).
