Yesterday, the Microsoft company has officially announced the Windows 8 OS and now three up coming Windows 8 smartphone from HTC, the HTC Zenith, HTC Rio and HTC Accord has leaked on the internet. Comes with latest Windows 8 as the operating system, all of new HTC Windows 8 smartphone offer better security, media experience, web browser technology (Internet Explorer 10 support) and a new wave of amazing apps and especially games.
Like other Windows smartphone on the market, the HTC Zenith, Rio and Accord Windows smartphone also compatible with your Windows applications, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe and much more. It also support Remote management, so you can manage it remotely and new encryption which support United Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) to protected your critical information on the device and Operating system safe from malware with multiple layers of security.
The first model, HTC Zenith is the highest smartphone on the range. It will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chip that paired with 1GB of DDR2 RAM provides good performance and capabilities to handle smooth multitasking and entertainment experience. The 4.7 inch Super LD 2 Display on the device support 720p video playback deliver clear and crisp images and video. On the front, you’ll find 8 megapixel auto focus camera for capture high quality photos and support 1080p video recording. This modela also offers NFC support, WiFi and 42Mbps HSPA+ connectivity.
The second model, HTC Accord Windows 8 smartphone also comes with 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 8 megapixel auto focus camera with geotagging support and 1080p video recording capability, but this device has lower processor with the Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor. For viewing experience, it sports 4.3-inch Super LCD2 display with support 720p video playback plus NFC, WiFi for wirelee internet connections and 42Mbps HSPA+ radio.
The latest model, HTC Rio will be powered by a Qualcomm MSM8227 processor that coupled with 512MB of DDR2 RAM and pre-installed with Windows 8 as the operating system. The device also offers WiFi for internet connections, 14.4Mbps HSPA and five mgapixel auto focus camera on the back to capture photos and also support capturing 1080p video. However, no word on pricing and availability at this moment, but there is a rumor if HTC Zenith will be launch in Q4 this year, while HTC Accord and HTC Rio will be release on the market in October, 2012.
