Lenovo has rolled out a new ultraportable and new version of ThinkPad series laptop namely ThinkPad X120e. Lenovo ThinkPad X120e features the new AMD Fusion E-Series Accelerated Processing Unit platform, EPEAT Gold-rated for its environmental attributes, Energy Star 5.0, and will be available beginning in February 2011 with the price tag of nearly $400. With the new AMD Fusion platform, the Lenovo X120e notebook offers 30 percent increase in battery life and supposed 65 percent faster graphics performance which speeds up Web searches, page loads and running business applications.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X120e is boasts 11.6-inch anti-glare LED display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel, optional of the AMD Fusion E350 or AMD Fusion E240 processors, AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics, supports hard-disk storage upto 5400rpm or 7200rpm HDD or a 128GB SSD, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, web camera, and and pre loaded with Genuine Windows 7 Starter, Genuine Windows 7 Home Basic, Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, and Genuine Windows 7 Professional.
ThinkPad X120e ultraportable laptop also equiped with WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, optional Bluetooth, 3G Qualcomm Gobi, 4-in-1 multicard reader, HDMI output, VGA port, USB port, a full-size keyboard to work comfortably and powered with 3 or 6 cell batteries for up to 6.5 hours of battery life. Dimensions of the Lenovo ThinkPad X120e are 11.1 x 7.4 x 1.2 inches with weights 2.9 lbs with 3-cell or 3.3 lbs with 6-cell.
