Micro-Star International (MSI) has rolled out their up coming powerfull new 15.6 inch multimedia and gaming laptop, known as GE620DX. MSI GE620DX comes with brush metal finish chassis in 383 x249.2 x 32.5 mm size and powered by a 2GHz Intel Core i7-2630QM quad core processor that support Intel Turbo Boost 2.0 Technology for automatically allocating processor resources for upgraded the core clock speeds up to 2.9Ghz and reduce the power consumtion.
For graphics capabilities, the new GE620DX is boasts up to 8GB DDR3 of memory and a 2GB GeForce GT 555M graphics card with support DirectX 11 for higher resolution with more detailed and convincing details, Cinema Pro technology for instantly switches to higher graphics resolutions and Nvidia’s PhysX for seriously realistic visuals when you playing the game in the 15.6-inch LED-backlit display.
Not only the graphics capabilities, MSI GE620DX laptop also comes with some multimedia features such as Quick Sync Video for ripping, synchronizing, and editing multimedia files, a HD webcam support a 720P recording for video calling or conference with your family, friends or business patners and 4-channel Premium Sound speakers backed with THX TruStudio Pro that offer quality cinemas sounds.
Like the other new MSI Gaming Notebook, the GE620DX multimedia notebook also equipped with DVD writer or Blu-ray drive, a HD webcam, optional 750/500/320GB hard drive storage with various 7200 and 5400 RPM models, a multi in one card reader and a 6 cells 4400 mAh battery. For connections, the 15.6 inch GE620DX also packs with two USB 3.0 port that offer transfer speeds of 4.8Gbps, USB 2.0 port, Gigabit Ethernet, bluetooth, Wifi and VGA and HDMI port to connect with external monitor.
MSI GE620DX multimedia and gaming laptop also pre loaded with Turbo Battery+ (power draw management), MSI S-Bar hotkey for control the software and hardware features, MSI GPU Boost technology provide automaticly switches to discrete graphics card and the graphics chip and Windows 7 Home Premium for operating system. At this moment, MSI hasn’t provide details information about price tag and release date.
