Schenker Notebooks, the Germany based company has announced two gaming notebook in XMG series, the XMG A522 and the XMG A722. Like other gaming notebooks on the market, both of them also comes with the latest hardware configuraton and like ASUS G55VW-DS71 laptop, this machines also backed by Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M as grahics accelerator with support nVidia Optimus technology to conserve the battery and automatically switches to power-saving integrated graphics under reduced workloads. For base configurations, Schenker XMG A522 has price tag at € 819, while the second model, Schenker XMG A722 notebook has starting price tag at €849.
Under the hood, the XMG A522 will be powered by third generations of Intel Core i7-3820QM quad core processor features 8 MB of L3 cache and has a base clock speed of 2.7 GHz with support Intel’s Hyper-Threading Technology and Intel Turbo Boost Technology offer maximum processor speed up to 3.7GHZ delivering faster performance and responsive machine for playing 3D game, watching 3D movies along with boosting office productivity. It also incorporated with Mobile Intel HM77 chipset, 8GB of DDR3 SDRAM that can be expanded up to 24GB DDR3 SDRAM for better performance and working on Genuine Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium as the operating system.
For storage, the gaming machine packed with a 750 GB Momentus XT hybrid hard drive disk for store your multimedia files, document and gaming files plus 128 GB Samsung SSD for system cache delivers more responsive system than conventional notebook. The Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M graphics card with 2,048 MB of GDDR5 RAM offers more than enough graphics capabilities and the 15.6 inch Full High Definition anti glare display with Led Backlit and support maximum resolution at 1,920 x 1,080 pixels provides clear, crisp, clear and vivid color for images and videos.
The second model, the XMG A722 will be boasts 3rd generations of Intel Core i7-3610QM quad core processor with support Hyper-Threading and Turbo Boost 2.0 to increase processor speed, 8GB of DDR3 RAM (expandable up to 24GB DDR3 RAM), Mobile Intel HM77 chipset and packed with 750GB 2.5 inch Serial ATA HDD with 128GB SSD for base configurations. It also offers GeForce GTX 660M GPU from Nvidia to enahced graphics performance and sports a 17.3 inch FHD anti glare display with support a antive resolution at 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.
Both of them also equipped with stereo Pioneer speakers, optical drive, three USB 3.0 port, multi in one memory card reader, HDMI port, Ethernet LAN for wire connections and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n to connect in wireless networks. Unfortunately, there is no informations about availability of the XMG A522 notebook, but if you interested with XMG A722 gaming notebook, the machine expected will be ready for order in late this month.
