Review: Sony VAIO CA10 and Sony VAIO CB10

Sony has introduced the refresh of the Vaio C Series laptops, that called Sony VAIO CA10 and Sony VAIO CB10. Both of the new Vaio C notebook is based on the second-generation Intel Sandy Bridge and designed with with vivid materials with “ground-breaking ‘light emitting’ translucent style for portability, performance and multimedia entertainment laptop.

The Vaio CA10 and VAIO CB10 is has similiars specifications, the difference is only the screen size. Sony VAIO CA10 is boasts 14-inch LED backlit LCD widescreen display with Display resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels while Sony VAIO CB10 is boasts 15 inch LED backlit LCD widescreen display with display resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Both of the machine is powered by Intel Core i5-2410M (2.3GHz) processor, an AMD Radeon 1GB Hybrid graphics card, up to 8GB of memory, up to a 320GB hard drive, an integrated HD webcam with Sony’s Exmor technology and runs Windows 7 Home Premium.

Sony VAIO CA10 and Sony VAIO CB10 also equipped with 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, DVD writer or Blu-ray Disc drive, a backlit keyboard with multi-touch touchpad, Dolby Home Theatre audio, one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 port, Adobe Acrobat standard and HDMI out which supports 3D. The machine also features Sony’s Vaio, Assist, Vaio Care software, SOny’s Remove keyboard technology and Imagination Studio Suite 2 Vaio Edition for managing, editing, and enhancing photos, videos, or music.

New Vaio C Series laptop will be available in various colors such as; Neon Orange, Neon Green, Lightning White and Bolt Black with starting price at $880. You can pre-order the VAIO CA10 and VAIO CB10 on March 13 in ABT Electronics, J&R Electronics, B&H Photo, MicroCenter, Fry’s Electronics, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Sony Style.
