Acer has announced will be release a new Android tablet, called Acer Iconia Tab A100. The Iconia Tab A100 is compact and stylish tablet that offers unrivalled portability with measures in 249.1 x 167.8 x 12.9 mm, Dolby Mobile technology providing rich vibrant audio with extended bass performance and ultimate high performance with 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core processor with Android 3.0 Honeycomb for operating system.

The Acer A100 android tablet is packs with 512MB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GPU, 7.0 inches LCD capacitive touchscreen with Multi-touch input method and 600 x 1024 pixels resolutions, a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, and a front-facing 2-megapixel snapper for video chat, support Full 1080p HD video playback, 8 GB internal storage, microSD up to 32GB, accelerometer sensor, Gyro sensor and Li-Po 1530 mAh battery.

The Iconia Tab A100 also equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDR, microUSB 2.0, 3G, HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps, HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbps, HTML browser, HDMI port and support Adobe Flash Player 10.1 for optimized HD viewing, 3D and console-quality gaming, and multimedia playback. The device also support MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+ player, XviD/MP4/H.264/H.263 player and Document viewer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).

Acer Iconia Tab A100 is a multimedia tablet with features SocialJogger app for networks, Games Zone, eReading for download or read magazines and books, such as Magazines with Zinio, books with Nook and LumiRead and app that lets you easily access and share photos, videos and music across the home network and with other Acer devices. The Iconia Tab A100 Android tablet is expected will be launch at the end of April, but there is no information about price at now.
