Advent Vega and Advent Amico Review, Specs, Price and Release Date

Dixons Retail, a UK based company has announced a pair of low-cost two Android tablets called Advent Vega 10 inch Tegra 2 Tablet and Advent Amico Tablet. Different social networking sites such as BBC iPlayer, Yahoo!mail, YouTube etc. can be easily access through the Advent Vega and Advent Amico.

The Advent Vega tablet sports a Nvidia Tegra 2 1GHz processor, a capacitive LED multi-touch 10.1-inch screen with maximum Screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, 512MB memory, 1.3MP webcam, 4GB SD Card, supports multi-touch with 4 fingers, and runs on Android 2.2 operating system.

The Advent Vega also support wireless connectivity, with Wi-Fi 802.11b/ g, Bluetooth Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, Ethernet, built-in 3G broadband SIM card slot and 2 cell Battery Type Li-Polymer for play music with LCD off up to 16 hours, video play 1080p up to 6.5 hours and a standby time of up to 4 days.

The Advent Vega also packs with shiny black casing with height 13.6mm, width 275mm, depth 178mm and a weight 700 to 750g and will be release in UK stores from November 1st 2010 with starting price £249.99.

Advent Amico tablet comes with a 7-inch screen, Wi-Fi 802.11b/ g, Android 2.1 and is a shade thicker at 15mm. The Advent Amico tablet offers customers a great introduction to the fun and convenience of tablet computing will be release in UK stores from November 1st 2010 with costs £129.99.
