Cherrypal, Low-cost computer maker, just release a new 7 inch Android Tablet, that called CherryPad Tablet. The CherryPad is low to mid-end android tablet that offers an affordable, powerful processor, battery run time, high quality and low energy-consuming tablet computer with the ability to run the Android 2.1 operating system.
Cherrypal CherryPad Tablet is boasts a 800-MHz Telechips ARM 11 processor, 256 MB DDR2, 2GB of storage onboard, 802.11b/g Wi-FI wireless networking, a DC power port, a gravity sensor, and the capability to use an external 3G modem, built-in microphone, built-in speakers, and preloaded with the Android 2.1 (aka Eclair) operating system. the Cherrypal says an Android 2.2 (“Froyo”) update which will bring Flash support is in the works for the fourth quarter of 2010.
CherryPad is 0.5-inches thick with weight only 1.15-pound and has an aluminum casing . The battery uses a 3200 mAh that offer the tablet 6 to 8 hours of use per charge. Cherrypal CherryPad is now available only in U.S. for purchase exclusively through online retailer Zecozi with starting price $188.
