The Acer subsidiary company, Gateway has release their first Android tablet for Canada market, dubbed as Gateway TP Series A60. The TP Series A60 is 10.1-inch Touchscreen Android tablet with 1280 x 800 resolution and available now for purchase in Future Shop with starting price at CA$400 or around USD$404.

Designed with an piano black with polished metal finish and measures 26 x 1.3 x 17.7 cm with weight 765 g, Gateway Series A60 tablet is look like a rebranded version of the Acer A500 tablet. Powered by a dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 processor paired with 1GB of RAM, Android 3.1 Honeycomb for operating system, 16GB internal memory with support expandable up to 32GB via an SDHC card slot and sporting dual camera with a 5 megapixel rear camera with support flash and Autofocus for taking picture or record video and a 2 megapixel front facing camera for video chats, Gateway TP Series A60 tablet delivers amazing performance and portability.
