Specifications of HP Palm Topaz tablet just show up and HP plan this device to competitive with the iPad. The Palm Topaz tablet has HP and Palm logo in cover and will be available in black colors. HP Palm Topaz tablet is comes with a 9.7-inch Gorilla Glass touchscreen display provide resolution of 1024 by 768 pixel (XGA), 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8660 dual core processor, integrated Adreno 220 GPU with support 2D/3D acceleration engines, Open GLES 2.0, Open VG 1.1 acceleration, and 512mb of RAM DDR2.
