Notion Ink will be release a new tablet in CES 6 January 2011 namely Adam Tablet. Notion Ink Adam Tablet is development by Bangalore and designed by aircraft grade magnesium and aluminum alloys that it easy to use and comfortable when you wear it in a sleeve or holding an ebook to read or make films. The Adam Tablet also be the first tablet to contain Pixel Qi low-power, dual-mode display that the display allows the use of these tablets to be easily read on indoor or outdoor space and use 80% more power saving mode when enabled in black and white only.

Notion Ink Adam Tablet is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 250 with dual core Cortex A-9, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 1GB SLC, 8+ GB Flash, Micro-SD card support, 3.2 MP Swivel Camera with Auto Focus ability, 10.1 inch WSVGA Capacitive Touch Screen with Optional Pixel Qi display and 1024 x 600 pixel, and runs on Android 2.2 OS (Froyo). The Notion Ink Adam display screen also support Multi-touch, Matte finish, transmissive, transflective and reflecting modes.

The Ink Adam Tablet also offers USB 2.0, Micro SD slot, SIM Card slot, Stereo loudspeakers, built-in microphone, 3.5mm headphone jack, 3-Axis accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, GPS, digital compass, Docking Port and powered with 3 cell 24.6Whr battery provides Stand By Time up to 160 hours and Talk Time up to 16 hours. For connectivity, the device has Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, WLAN – 802.11 b/g/n, WWAN – 3G HSPA.

Dimensions of Notion Ink Adam Tablet are 269 mm x 191 mm x 14 mm with weights 1.6 pounds. The Adam Tablet is available with several options price and specs, includes Adam tablet with LCD display and WiFi for $ 399, Ink Adam tablet with LCD display and 3G (and WiFi) for $ 449, Notion Ink Adam Tablet with Pixel Qi display and 3G will cost $498.99.
