Apple has released the latest firmware for the Iphone and Ipod Touch version 3.1.3. This update which supposedly patches up a couple of security flaws. Version 3.1.3 should help with app crashes from maliciously crafted mp4 files, crashes from viewing maliciously crafted TIFF images, improved handling in certain USB control messages to prevent someone with physical access to the phone from accessing private data using the device’s recovery mode, and a pair of patches for WebKit that deal with HTML [...]

HTC Corporation today announced summer availability of the world’s first 3G/4G Android handset. The HTC Evo 4G, is a smartphone developed by the HTC Corporation, offers one of the most robust multimedia experiences on a wireless phone today. using the name EVO instead of Supersonic for the Android-based device.
