Sony Ericsson has used the Mobile World Congress to unveil two new tiny cell phones, Xperia X10 Mini and Xperia X10 Mini Pro. The main difference between the Xperia X10 Mini and Xperia X10 Mini Pro is the inclusion of a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Sony Ericson has introduced the latest member of its Xperia family, the Xperia X8 Android Smartphone. The SE XPERIA X8 is still under development and is code-named Shakira, it will apparently combine it’s Android 1.6 with the X10 Mini’s UI rather than Sony Ericsson’s Timescape UI. The Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 targets price-conscious users looking for a stylish Android handset that doesn’t necessarily have to run the latest firmware.

HTC Corporation today announced summer availability of the world’s first 3G/4G Android handset. The HTC Evo 4G, is a smartphone developed by the HTC Corporation, offers one of the most robust multimedia experiences on a wireless phone today. using the name EVO instead of  Supersonic for the Android-based device.
